Alight Travel works with a small number of overseas travel agencies, concierge firms, family offices and production buyers who require a discreet, single-point London partner. We deliver under your brand, alongside your brand, or independently as your nominated UK fulfilment house.
Our work on the principal side has shaped how we serve the partner side. When you place a brief with Alight, you place it with the same operator who handles our private accounts.
A NOTE FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Alight was built on two parallel tracks: royal and corporate chauffeur work since 2014, and confidential film and television work since 2021. Both run to this day.
I write this directly because partnership conversations should begin between operators, not departments. Whatever the model, you will deal with me first and you will deal with me throughout. That is the standard partners commit to, and the one we hold to in return.

WHITE LABEL
Alight delivers, the client sees
your brand.
Vehicle livery, confirmation documents and on-the-ground presentation aligned to your brand standards. Suited to agencies and concierge firms with established client identity who require consistent UK fulfilment.
PREFERRED PARTNER
Standing arrangement with
agreed terms.
Rate cards, dedicated account contact, quarterly reviews and priority response windows. Suited to partners with consistent UK volume across the year.
Commission terms, rate cards and operational protocols are agreed in writing through a Memorandum of Understanding before activation.

Full legal and compliance pack in place: Terms, Privacy and Cookies Policy, Booking Terms, Complaints Procedure, Modern Slavery Statement and AML framework. Bookings protected through our IATA,TTA, ATOL and Serandipians accredited travel partners.
Founder-led discretion as the operating default. We do not publish partner names, do not use partner work in marketing, and do not discuss client books with anyone outside the engagement.
ENGAGEMENT
How a partnership
begins.
First conversation.
Initial conversations are handled directly by the Managing Director. A short call to understand the partnership model you have in mind, the volume and nature of work you anticipate, and the operational protocols your clients require.
Memorandum of Understanding.
We issue a Memorandum of Understanding tailored to the partnership model, with rate cards, commission structure and operational protocols agreed before activation. All terms are in writing before any booking is placed.
Activation and review.
Bookings begin under the agreed model. Quarterly account reviews are standard for Preferred Partners; ad hoc reviews are available on request for Referral and White Label arrangements.
