Alight Private Travel operates as two services under one roof.
The first is a luxury travel agency, delivered through our Virtuoso accredited partner network. Hotels, private properties, yachts, charter aviation and access experiences arranged through trusted relationships and protected by IATA, ATOL, ABTA and Virtuoso credentials.
The second is a personal office function. Private Travel and lifestyle management for clients who want someone managing the day-to-day arrangements of life: reservations, access, ongoing coordination, milestone occasions, and the requests that fall between the structured services we offer.
Each service is delivered to the same standard. Each is founder-led. Each can be engaged independently, or both can run alongside one another for clients who want full coverage.

Booked through trusted partners.
A luxury travel agency function, delivered through our Virtuoso accredited host partner network.
Hotels & Resorts
Ultra-luxury hotel and resort bookings worldwide. Virtuoso amenity package at participating properties: room upgrade subject to availability, complimentary breakfast, hotel credit, early or late check-out. At no additional cost above the published rate.
Private Property
Private villas, estates and exclusive-use properties through our partner network. Suited to family travel, milestone occasions, and clients who prefer privacy and space over hotel-style stays.
Yachts
Superyacht and motor yacht charter through our charter broker partner. Mediterranean, Caribbean, and other destinations as required. Crewed charters with provisioning and itinerary coordination handled as part of the brief.
Aviation
Private jet, helicopter and group charter through Alight Jet, our purpose-built aviation booking platform. ATOL-protected, IATA and ABTA accredited.
Access & Experiences
Restaurant reservations, members-only club access, cultural events, sport and racing hospitality, art and fashion access. Through our Virtuoso partner network and personal contacts.
Bespoke Itineraries
Multi-stop journeys, milestone trips, and full programme design for clients with specific objectives. Suppliers sourced, bookings confirmed, ground arrangements coordinated end-to-end.
How it works: Travel & Lifestyle bookings are made on a per-booking or per-project basis. There is no retainer required. Suppliers compensate Alight directly via our host partner; clients pay the published rate at point of booking. For complex bespoke itineraries, a project fee may apply, agreed in writing before work begins.

Daily coordination on retainer.
A founder-delivered personal office function, available on retainer or ad hoc.
Reservations & Access
Restaurant reservations at members-only and high-demand venues. Private club access. Last-minute and impossible reservation requests. Personal venue and supplier sourcing.
Daily Coordination
Personal correspondence with hotels, restaurants, and suppliers. Coordination across the client's existing staff or family office. Standing arrangements (regular bookings, recurring requests) managed without further input from the client.
Milestone Occasions
Birthday, anniversary, and significant occasion arrangements handled discreetly. Gifting, ticketing, venue sourcing and event coordination. Programme design from concept to delivery.
Lifestyle Sourcing
Personal shopping coordination, including marque relationships in Mayfair and beyond. Bespoke gifting. Last-minute lifestyle requests handled around the clock.
Cross-Brand Coordination
Where the client also engages Alight Chauffeur, Aviation or Security, those services are coordinated through the same point of contact, with the personal office acting as the single brief manager.

Retainer
A standing relationship.
Monthly retainer with priority response, ongoing brief management, and proactive coordination with your existing staff or family office. Suited to clients with consistent volume of personal-office requirements throughout the year.
Ad Hoc
A specific brief.
Per-project engagement for specific arrangements: a milestone occasion, a complex booking, a defined personal project. No standing fee, no ongoing commitment. Suited to clients who want access without an ongoing relationship.
Pricing for both models is established through a confidential first conversation.

Engagement structure agreed

Flight-inclusive packages are ATOL Protected, with an ATOL Certificate issued at the point of booking. Non-flight-inclusive arrangements, including private charter, are protected under the Travel Trust Association. Tickets are issued through IATA-accredited routes.

Travel agency bookings carry the full credential framework that serious buyers expect. Bookings are placed through our host agency network and protected by ATOL, TTA, and Serandipians accreditations where applicable. Customer money held in trust account custody where required.

Whether the request is a private island booking or a personal correspondence with a Mayfair restaurant, every engagement is handled in confidence. Confidentiality is not a service feature; it is the only condition under which this work can credibly be done.
